Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible. He understood that landscaping was secondary to flood mitigation - and I very much appreciated his care and understanding of my problem. At several points throughout the project, I would notice areas that I figured I would have to go in and clean up or tweak.
