"I had a very tough stain created by dark colored laundry detergent that spilled into the carpet. I could not get rid of it myself despite multiple attempts. It would always come back to the surface after it dried. They came several times, applied different treatments each time and saved my carpet which saved me $$$. Otherwise I would have to replace it.
