"Ryan and Spencer do a great job. They understand the intricacies of carpet cleaning and the chemistry around stains. They cleaned 6 rooms, including 3 with some puppy pet stains. Fantastic job. Others may seem cheaper, but these guys can get things done. They are thorough, professional, explain everything they are doing in advance, and execute on what they promise. They told us up front that some pet stains likely require them to come back. A few required them to return and they were very responsive. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"We had a small job but I was very pleased with the service outcome as I had an overall pleasant experience from initial contact to completion of the install. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first.
Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future.

Everything was tops, the initial responses, estimate visit, pickup, time to do repairs and return of merchandise.  Blue Smith, the principal contact and all workers were very polite and professional.  The finish on the 30 year old table looks brand new.

"Cody met with us initially and listened to what we had in mind. He offered several options in the design process, helped us choose the best wood to match the existing cabinetry in the room, discussed the optimal width of each shelf across the room with structural support and esthetics in mind. Cody came back several times with stain samples until we were satisfied. The color and finish of the custom bookshelf unit is an excellent match. Cody also came back after the installation to touch up a small area of wall. We were very pleased with his work, would use him again, and would highly recommend his work to friends, family and Angie's List clients. He was very professional and prompt. He gave us an approximate timetable of progress in building the unit, and kept close to his estimate of time. He did not charge us extra for additional work required at installation because of slight irregularities in the wall."
