"Quality work and great customer service. Easy to follow instructions for the template and pads fit perfectly. Table pads look great! Ordered extra items and love them too. All arrived quickly and were good quality; however, had some damage caused by the shipping company. Contacted Mark Ivan in customer service who immediately shipped an entire new set. Those pads were also slightly damaged. Again Mark shipped a third set. I was astonished and delighted with customer service and quality of the product. "When I described the issue on the phone, a dowel that connected two supporting parts of the frame had come out, he actually stated the brand of the recliner. This impressed me as to his knowledge about the repair he would be doing. He arrived the same day as when I called. He was polite and professional. He went right to work and efficiently repaired the recliner. He found that both sides of the horizontal frame were broken. He reset and glued the dowels and replaced L-Brackets on both sides with heavier duty brackets. The charges were exactly as initially stated."
