They were able to get out there that day and were amazingly able to put it together very quickly. Unfortunately, some parts were broken or missing. Michael took the parts with him and repaired them and supplied missing hardware. He returned and completed the job beautifully. We are very happy with the fast and professional service."

He kept everything moving smoothly and made sure the other boys were doing their jobs correctly, wrapping furniture, breakables, dismantling furniture correctly. He was in there sweating right along with them. All the other boys were very pleasant and hard working. At the end of the day when everything was being reassembled I noted the bed was reassembled correctly. It turned out that a critical connecting tool was missing. Lost or left at old house? Thomas was willing to drive back to search for it and return it and assemble the bed appropriately. The integrity and professionalism that was so apparent with these young men was a refreshing change from many other companies who have a "Greet 'um, Treat 'um, and Street 'um"! I will absolutely recommend and will use this company again.
