The company showed up on time.  The workman had a helper.  The next thing after hello was you need the $200 sealer.  Then came the $50 furniture moving charge....I did not mind the moving charge although I thought it was high.  Total cost of service was $250 including cleaning and furniture moving.

I turned down the sealer option, but I continued to hear that I needed it for the next 20 minutes.

The men took 3.5 hours approximately to do the work.

My wife called the owner of the company and said the moving charge should have been disclosed earlier, but I did not mine paying it......he sent us a check for $50 for refund of the moving charge.

"Berger's sent out a detailed description of how I was to measure my dining room table and enclosed mailing envelope for its return. Actually, I was expecting someone to come nd measure the table until I realized they were in Indiana! Still, the process went well. Took a bit longer than I thought but I am pleased with the high-quality table pad. Top of pad closely matches the actual grain and color of the oak farm table. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality table pad - any size or shape. They can do it all."

"Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)"

"The details and craftsmanship of the entertainment center are "A Piece of Art!".  You can tell that the craftsmen who built the unit were meticulous in cutting, assembly, and staining of all pieces.  We were presented samples of stained wood to ensure the stain we choose would blend well with our wood floors, draperies, paint, and existing furniture/cabinets.  The team did an outstanding job ensuring all grain ran in the correct direction during staining and assembly.
Custom metal door inserts were designed and beautifully powder coated. The metal inserts enhanced the doors and brought out the color of the wood.
The installation team was extremely professional and thorough.  As most  of the houses in Florida are build with many imperfections, this team took all of the necessary steps to work around the imperfections to ensure the entertainment center appears to be a complete integration of the wall.  They prepped all of the cabinets to allow for cable runs for the AV equipment. Upon completion of the install, the team thoroughly cleaned all areas inside and out.
My wife and friends are amazed at the beauty of the completed project.  It truly is "ART WORK" and we will enjoy looking at this lovely piece of furniture for the rest of our lives.

"James was Excellent he gave us an estimate followed through ordering the parts, scheduled a day at our convenience to repair the doors came promptly on the scheduled day presented my husband the statement as to the cost of the job, agreement was made the 2 doors were fixed in a normal time frame and left. "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
