"I had looked online for table pads before and had seen Berger's website, but never placed an order. When this deal came up through Angie's List, it was just what I needed to stop procrastinating. It was easy to make a drawing of my table using the materials and instructions they mailed to me. I chose the colors for the top and bottom and sent in my order. 
The pads fit perfectly and give me great piece of mind. Our beautiful teak table has been damaged over the years and I didn't want to get it refinished until I had a way to protect it. Now, I just have wait for an Angie's List furniture refinishing deal.

The whole story is I hired Donnie based on email communications from another state, I am TX and he is in WA, on my mothers behalf who needed this work done in her home. "When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Ron's service and work were impeccable from the first call to the hand shake goodbye. Scheduling was a breeze, and he confirmed the appointment time the day before.  His colleague arrived promptly, stripped the bathtub that the prior owners had painted (yuck!), and then Ron arrived to do the glazing work. All of the work was done in just half a day, as promised, and the work site was properly cleaned.  I highly recommend Ron to restore ugly bathtubs."

Best contractor one could find?Sean Carlstrom and Jerry Williams did all work, themselves, except for drywall, spackling, and granite fabrication and installation. The construction industry recognizes three grades of quality, Good, Better, and Best. Carlstrom does only ?Best.?

I got three estimates. The first was ?Good? in that the contractor wanted to install his standard kitchen on a cost plus basis. The second was ?Better? in that the contractor wanted to do all work, himself, in accordance with our wishes but seemed to lack a full understanding of the scope of the job. Only estimator Jim Sittler and owner Sean Carlstrom were able to grasp the full scope of our project and give us a fair bid for ?Best? quality. They did this with a firm contract.

Carlstrom referred to the plans consistently and never varied. If a question cropped up, they asked and complied with the decision with no sign of resistance or anxiety.

"Todd and his associate protected the floors with mats and the walls and any other nearby surfaces with drop cloths, so that there would be no mess. He not only repaired the damage but sealed one small countertop complimentary to see if we liked it. He followed up soon afterwards to see if we were happy with the results. He did a great job and we are very happy with the results."

"I expected the cleaning technique would be the truck-mounted negative-air vacuum process. However, Aegis uses the point of contact method, removing vent covers and inserting the vacuum. The tech was very friendly. We did a walk through to view the number of air ducts to be cleaned and to be certain all necessary furniture and items were moved to allow clear access. He cleaned all of the air vents, the furnace and the dryer vent. There was a considerable amount of debris in the air vents as we bought the house new, and the vents hadn't been cleaned to remove dirt and debris from construction. My only complaint was that the tech said we didn't need to move a chest in the hallway above which the air exchange was located. He did move it later without my knowledge or help, and explained afterwards that one of the legs of the chest broke as he re-positioned the chest.
