"Frankenstein Furniture is terrific! Craig, Rob and Michelle are wonderful to work with did an amazing job on the repairs and refinishing of our mid-century vintage tables and chairs. I can't say enough good things about Frankenstein. Don't bother to look any further, just call them!"

"I will say that the work was exquisite. The damaged piece was a 70+ year old mahogany chest of drawers that had been my grandparents. You would never be able to tell that a repair was made - it is seamless. All of the pieces came out beautifully. When they picked up the pieces on April 14, I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. It was actually 3 1/2 months before the furniture was completed. The only time I spoke to them was when I initiated the call. So, you will get excellent work, but be aware that they are slow. I would suggest you call every week at a minimum to keep on their radar.

"I bought a Big Deal, $99 for $200 of interior wood repair. I had severe, deep damage on my wooden sliding glass door caused by one of my dogs. It was about 6 feet of deep claw marks. Dean contacted me a few days after i bought the big deal and was flexible with me about scheduling . On the agreed upon day, Dean showed up on time and began to work. By the time he was done you couldn't tell there was ever any damage. He had filled the scratches, sanded the areas and primed the wood. I was very impressed with his meticulousness. I would definitely recommend him for your repair.

"We had six rooms worked on and the project lasted three weeks. It was quite an undertaking due to all of the repair/sanding/moving of furniture and knick-knacks and all. Much of the work was rectifying mistakes made during previous paint jobs (cheap paint, bad wall-taping over cracks, etc.). The walls and paint look terrific though and well worth the time, effort and expense. Really beautiful. John is very thorough and meticulous, takes tremendous pride in his work and also takes pains to clean up each day. He "tented" rooms that were being sanded with visqueen drapes over doorway openings in an effort to keep the dust contained and he also swept up debris and dust each day. A really good experience and we'll definitely use John again when we have more painting to do."

"What a high quality product! They called to double check some of the self-measuring I had done; all pieces came in the perfect size. The top finishes of the pads are so attractive that I leave the round one on my heavily-used dining room table on all the time."

"It went extremely well. The Innovative crew arrived promptly and worked until they were finished with the job. This was a custom-built set of shelves and attached desk and file cabinet. We are extremely pleased with Innovative's high quality work.

"I found Hamilton County Upholstery on Angie's' list. It had gotten great reviews and was close to home, so I stopped in. I needed my family room couch pillows slip-covered and new pillows made and covered for sitting on. During that visit, I began looking over the fabric books. Mr. Washington steered me a bit to be sure the materials I picked would be appropriate for the 'family room' atmosphere. I took some books home and decided on a fabric. Mr. Washington then came to my house to look at the couch to be sure the wood part of the couch was sound. He ordered the materials. When the material came in, someone from HCU came and picked up the sofa pillows. The slip covers were made overnight, literally, and Mr. Washington brought them back personally to be sure everything fit and was in order. I was worried about having this job done. I'd never had anything like that done before, but Mr. Washington made the whole process painless, and I just love the result!!!"
