"Berger's sent out a detailed description of how I was to measure my dining room table and enclosed mailing envelope for its return. Actually, I was expecting someone to come nd measure the table until I realized they were in Indiana! Still, the process went well. Took a bit longer than I thought but I am pleased with the high-quality table pad. Top of pad closely matches the actual grain and color of the oak farm table. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality table pad - any size or shape. They can do it all."

"    IN the beginning we had several companies come in and give us bids and options on getting the cabinets repaired.  Two of the companies voiced that the cabinets were too severely damaged and needed to be completely striped and refinished.  with a cost that was between 4000 and 6000$.  I had heard from a friend about a process called restoration. with that process i was told that aged or damaged cabinets could be brought back to looking new for a fairly inexpensive cost.  Then asked both the businesses if they new anything about restoration both responded with thats not possible and doesn't work.      To say the least I was not convinced.   I then called my friend who told me about the restoration, she gave me a referral card for The Wood Doctor. Right from the start the wooddoctor crew made us feel comfortable about having them in our home. They seemed polite, professional, and trustworthy. I asked them about the restoration process. THey explained the process and told us the cost. In the short of it we preceded with them. THe results were awesome! "Absolutely the best experience I have had from a quick response to pick up of the furniture from my home and the artistry of Jeff's work. I initially asked for an estimate on a small bedroom dresser and while Jeff was picking up the dresser, I asked him about a dining table that has a top coat of a design with lacquer that was chipping in several spots. I had previously contacted several other furniture repair people who said they couldn't do the work. To my delight, Jeff was able to refinish the table and deliver it within the tight schedule he committed to prior to Christmas Eve. "The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."

"Deal stated that the sprinkler heads would be cleaned and adjusted.  Upon arrival I had to explain the deal contents.  Worker said he would clean the heads and he only cleaned about 2/3's of them.  I walked around later and many were not even touched.  I did get a bid on the repair of a broken line which I did request.
If a firm is going to promote a deal they should adhere to the details that I assume they define in the first place.  I did not get what I expected, which was cleaned sprinkler filters on all zones.
