I had a large dining room table that needed refinishing, repairs to the legs, and staining to match dining room chairs. You can see the impeccable work from the before and after shots below (you can also see the reupholstered chairs as well). Also, they took our loveseat, which was held together by bungee cords, and made it solid and beautiful again. Pricing was competitive and the work was second to none. Also, the fact that they are super-nice people doesn't hurt either."

"They performed the work but had to return to take the furniture apart and did not have the proper tools. They needed to borrow some from the homeowner even though they had the opportunity to inspect what was necessary to do the job when they came the first time and could not take the piece because it was too heavy for the workers who came. After inspection they raised the quoted price - the quote was based on photos so they were informed at the time of the request. When the piece was finished they brought the proper tools to install the repaired section."

"I had a very tough stain created by dark colored laundry detergent that spilled into the carpet. I could not get rid of it myself despite multiple attempts. It would always come back to the surface after it dried. They came several times, applied different treatments each time and saved my carpet which saved me $$$. Otherwise I would have to replace it. "I had looked online for table pads before and had seen Berger's website, but never placed an order. When this deal came up through Angie's List, it was just what I needed to stop procrastinating. It was easy to make a drawing of my table using the materials and instructions they mailed to me. I chose the colors for the top and bottom and sent in my order. 
The pads fit perfectly and give me great piece of mind. Our beautiful teak table has been damaged over the years and I didn't want to get it refinished until I had a way to protect it. Now, I just have wait for an Angie's List furniture refinishing deal.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
