"    IN the beginning we had several companies come in and give us bids and options on getting the cabinets repaired.  Two of the companies voiced that the cabinets were too severely damaged and needed to be completely striped and refinished.  with a cost that was between 4000 and 6000$.  I had heard from a friend about a process called restoration. with that process i was told that aged or damaged cabinets could be brought back to looking new for a fairly inexpensive cost.  Then asked both the businesses if they new anything about restoration both responded with thats not possible and doesn't work.      To say the least I was not convinced.   I then called my friend who told me about the restoration, she gave me a referral card for The Wood Doctor. Right from the start the wooddoctor crew made us feel comfortable about having them in our home. They seemed polite, professional, and trustworthy. I asked them about the restoration process. THey explained the process and told us the cost. In the short of it we preceded with them. THe results were awesome! "Beginning to end this is a first rate operation. Dimetri the owner answered my call promptly and was able to schedule the work on the next business day. The moss on the roof had gotten out of hand but he carefully used a scrub brush by hand to remove the worst of it. (Kind of reminded me of cleaning the tile grout with a toothbrush.). He used a low volume power washer to to clean every nook and cranny on the 2000 sq ft roof . He cleaned all the skylights and gutters ensuring that the downspouts were clear. Applied moss prevention chemicals. Rinsed off the siding, windows, and decking and cleaned up all the mess. He also noticed a couple of issues with the flashing and a vent collar that he repaired/replaced for a small extra charge. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work and his professionalism."

"i have been going to Bills (proprietor) leather cleaners for over ten years.    Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods.  i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT.   Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment  of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new.  Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else. "

"It was very worthwhile to use this service because the decorator answered some critical questions and kept me from making costly mistakes.  It is a good place to start and the price was right for what she did.  She spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to me but before that she spent a significant amount of time looking over photos and measurements that I submitted to her by email. She put a lot of time into the consult.  This service would be great for choosing wall colors, flooring, and fabric for furniture.  I will definitely keep her contact information for future projects.

Willco put me in touch with Maureen when I contacted them, and I talked to her very early in my thinking about the project. After interviewing several contractors, I realized I needed to start by selecting the best designer for my project, so I changed my focus. During all this process, Maureen stayed in touch. She came back and made a good, formal presentation. However, in comparison with othe designers I was considering, she has less experience with early 20th century houses like my 1928 bungalow. Also, I noted reviews at this website that suggest the build side of Willlco has not been consistent in delivery.
