"I put the project out for bid for 2 months and despite having a plan drawn up of what I wanted, I had many contractors overbid/underbid me because they wanted to offer me something different. If I could redo anything, I'd just make the blind on top bigger so I could have bigger windows and change my seating arrangement, but I digress - perhaps another project for another time. Given how things went on Job #1 - I wasted no time in awarding Job #2 to Jerrod to install the gates on my property which he just finished on Friday the 18th right on schedule as well, so I now have everything done in advance of my hunting season so I won't have hammers or nail guns sounding off in the woods for over a week prior to opening day.
