"We heard a loud pop and scraping sound from inside our house. We finally saw what caused it. The garage door spring had broken in half. We were trapped with both cars locked inside the garage with no way to open the garage door. Justin came right out that very afternoon to get the garage door open and to measure for replacement spring. He came back next day with the part to replace the spring and install. It went smoothly.
