"Sam arrived on time, and did a great job. He took the time to explain what was wrong...why my garage door wasn't working...and showed me exactly what the problem was. I needed an new opener. Since mine was very old, that made perfect sense :-) He took the time to explain my options, and told me the price upfront. Once the new garage door opener was installed, he carefully inspected the entire system. He oiled the opening mechanism made some suggestions for maintenance. Then he took apart and hauled away the old mechanism. In short, Sam is a well-versed professional with a great deal of experience, as, I suspect are the other professionals at Overhead. I was very pleased with the service, and I will use Overhead Doors for any future garage door needs in the future!"

"Mr. Overhead door was the solution to my problem. After closing the garage door after work I heard a loud pop. After that the garage wouldn't open anymore. A neighbor of mine referred me to Mr. Overhead door and the guy was very professional and informed me that the pop was the spring the lifts the garage up. My garage was fixed the next day at a very reasonable price and I would do business with them again."

"Brian was very knowledgeable with helping me resolve my garage door issue. Whenever we bought this home, we have always had some sort of issue with our garage door. We knew eventually we were going to have to have work done to it.. Well, the day came where I went to open my garage door to get my child to school and my garage wouldnâ t open. No matter what I did. After looking through a few places, I saw Dependable Garage Doors. It stuck out to me because of the logo and I saw that it was veteran owned! I called right away and spoke with Brian. He came out so quick! He walked me through everything and showed me where my spring was broken. We talked about pricing (AMAZING PRICING!) and what he had to do to fix it and got to work. "Our home was built in the early 1980s. The garage door is original. One of the springs broke Saturday morning. My husband called a few Garage Door Repair companies for service. Garage Door Prime Repair has the highest Customer Reviews of the companies he contacted. The owner, Anthony, was the first to return his call. They scheduled the repair between 9-10 am today. Anthony texted to confirm he would arrive between 9:30-9:45 am. He arrived when he said he would and quickly and efficiently fixed the garage door for what he told us the price would be. Highly recommend!"
