"OGD can out the same day I needed assistance. Garage door would only go up halfway. I was told a spring was broken on one side therefore had to be replaced. I authorized the repair because I could not get my car out of the Garage. The repair was done. The Tech was very professional. The only issue I had other than it being very, very expensive, was the part that was replaced, it looked like it was dipping and not straight and did not look like a professional job for the money I was paying. I made the Tech aware of this and that I did not like the way it looked. After he looked at it again, he then saw what I was referring to, so he immediately took the time and redid it again to my satisfaction."
