"My garage door would not open and my car was stuck inside, the mechanical portion of the opener had failed me in the worst way. She was the first point of contact and understood the stress I was in, and assured me not to worry because my problem would be resolved. "Our garage spring broke and we called Xpress and they came out within 30 minutes. Our spring was commercial grade so he installed a temporary spring so that we can open and close our door.
