"I called Mr. Overhead Door I was having some trouble with garage door and garage remote I made an appointment with Lex very professional he gave me an appointment time and date he even gave me call the following day to make sure I remember he was coming to repair my garage Lex showed up 30 minutes early from the appointment time which was awesome because I really didn’t know how to explain what was wrong all I knew it just wasn’t working he checked it out told me what was wrong and fixed the problem and fixed my remote and installed a keypad which I never had. Phone rep was pleasant and efficient and he told me a technician would come between 11am-1pm the same day! I was very happy to hear that as it was impossible for me to open the HEAVY door manually. Branden, my technician, came at about 11:20am and quickly evaluated the overall issues with my door and quoted me the cost to repair. Branden worked through the replacement of my springs, and roller bearings , tightened things up, lubricated everything and now my door is working better than it has ever worked in the 5 years that I have lived here(12:00pm).
