"I am SUPER pleased. My Technician, Spencer Jackson, painstakingly installed my weather stripping I had ordered & I thought he would be through! But NO, there he was oiling all the hinge thingys on the inside of my garage door. People I talk on the phone with cannot believe THAT is my garage door going up & down so quietly now! Then, he asked me if I had another light bulb he would be glad to put it in for me since my other one had gone out a LONG time ago! I got this Company name & info originally from Angie's List. But, now they are MY personal company with a history! One thing I learned, my garage door weighs at least 275 lbs. Ladies we don't have to worry if our power should go out & we can't get out. Just call these nice folks & they will take care of you. Because if you are like me, you cannot handle a 275 lb. garage door with that red thingy that you pull to take it off automatic. NO WAY! Thanks so much for taking such good care of your customers!"

"Mr. D'Alba was able to get to my house within a few hours of our first phone call. He did the repair that I knew about, and also pointed out a large crack in my garage door. He was able to brace the door (significantly increasing the future life of my garage door!) for a very reasonable cost. "Mr. Overhead door was the solution to my problem. After closing the garage door after work I heard a loud pop. After that the garage wouldn't open anymore. A neighbor of mine referred me to Mr. Overhead door and the guy was very professional and informed me that the pop was the spring the lifts the garage up. My garage was fixed the next day at a very reasonable price and I would do business with them again."

"Brian was very knowledgeable with helping me resolve my garage door issue. Whenever we bought this home, we have always had some sort of issue with our garage door. We knew eventually we were going to have to have work done to it.. Well, the day came where I went to open my garage door to get my child to school and my garage wouldnâ t open. No matter what I did. After looking through a few places, I saw Dependable Garage Doors. It stuck out to me because of the logo and I saw that it was veteran owned! I called right away and spoke with Brian. He came out so quick! He walked me through everything and showed me where my spring was broken. We talked about pricing (AMAZING PRICING!) and what he had to do to fix it and got to work. Within a few hours, everything was done and my garage opened and closed with ease! I was so grateful! Brian was kind and helped ease my frantic mind and got the job done so throughly! "Called (10:10 am) Atlanta Entry Systems when my garage door failed to open. I noticed it had a broken spring. Phone rep was pleasant and efficient and he told me a technician would come between 11am-1pm the same day! I was very happy to hear that as it was impossible for me to open the HEAVY door manually. Branden, my technician, came at about 11:20am and quickly evaluated the overall issues with my door and quoted me the cost to repair. Branden worked through the replacement of my springs, and roller bearings , tightened things up, lubricated everything and now my door is working better than it has ever worked in the 5 years that I have lived here(12:00pm). It is smooth and quiet. Now I'm VERY happy. Much thanks to the polite, efficient, and very skilled team at Atlanta Entry Systems ! NOTE: THE TIME IT TOOK FROM INITIAL CALL TO A REPAIRED GARAGE DOOR WAS LESS THAN 2 HOURS.......that's Service ."

"Our home was built in the early 1980s. The garage door is original. One of the springs broke Saturday morning. My husband called a few Garage Door Repair companies for service. Garage Door Prime Repair has the highest Customer Reviews of the companies he contacted. The owner, Anthony, was the first to return his call. They scheduled the repair between 9-10 am today. Anthony texted to confirm he would arrive between 9:30-9:45 am. He arrived when he said he would and quickly and efficiently fixed the garage door for what he told us the price would be.
