He was was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! He was on time, did a thorough review of the system and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced all of the necessary components and the system is working great! Additionally, Gary provided tips on keeping the garage door system in good working condition. I highly recommend giving them a call when you’re in need of service on your garage door. "I called Mr. Overhead Door I was having some trouble with garage door and garage remote I made an appointment with Lex very professional he gave me an appointment time and date he even gave me call the following day to make sure I remember he was coming to repair my garage Lex showed up 30 minutes early from the appointment time which was awesome because I really didn’t know how to explain what was wrong all I knew it just wasn’t working he checked it out told me what was wrong and fixed the problem and fixed my remote and installed a keypad which I never had. Awesome service I would refer him to anyone with a garage problem hands down Thank you Lex for doing a great JOB!"
