After waiting weeks for other local companies to respond, I was fortunate to find Mid-Illini and Haedickie! Sparky immediately returned my call (during family time, no less) and the very next morning Chaymen serviced our garage door opener. He immediately discovered a very minor issue (just a sensor misalignment) and informed us that the opened did not need replaced as another company had advised last year. Since we already purchased an opener and liked the modern features, we requested it be installed anyway.(Word of advice: speak to them before buying an opener in store vs through them. There are costs, warranty and ongoing maintenance advantages we wish we had known about). When completed, they even offered to take the original opener off our hands so they can provide more economic options for customers. What great community stewardship! Another deserving 5 star review for Mid-Illini and Haedickie! Thanks, team!"
