"J M Construction was hired to demo two decks and replace the upper level deck with a screened-in porch/deck and replace the lower deck. The covered portion of the upper deck is 20x14 and the uncovered portion is 11x16. The lower level deck is 30x14. Azek was used for the decking and conceal clips was used to avoid seeing screws. Vinyl railing was used and all posts were either wrapped in aluminum or vinyl sleeves, so the project will be virtually maintenance free. The porch has a gable roof and the ceiling was finished with a vinyl. The project also included a new roof on the entire house, new soffit, new gutters and down spouts, replacing a window with a sliding door to access the porch from the dining room. Dwayne, Shane, Jeremy, and Donovan did an excellent job and were very accommodating with changes we made along the way. We are very pleased with our new porch and deck and have received numerous compliments."

"We noticed drips of water coming from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms on a Thursday evening. First thing Friday morning I called Blue Ribbon Exteriors and spoke to Evan. I explained the issue and he said he could come out to look at it by 9:30am. Evan and one of his employees showed up as expected. I showed them the drips in the ceiling, they went into the attic to check it from there, and climbed up on the roof to determine where the damage was located. Because it was forecast to continue raining that day and the next, they were only able to apply a temporary patch until we could schedule a full repair. Evan was able to send a crew out the following Saturday, they removed a section of the roof at the valley between the garage and main roof, the underlayment removed was completely soaked with water damage. In less than 3 hours they were able to remove all the damaged material, place new underlayment and reshingle properly so it wouldn't leak again. We are very pleased with the work they did and their professionalism. We will definitely call them again for any roofing issues."
