"This won't be a typical review, since it wasn't smooth sailing and yet I am assigning outstanding ratings. There was a problem with the first application of my garage surface. There was a "dip," probably caused by a grider, in the underlying concrete that caused a shallow but noticeable divot in the result. Chuck Krug, the principal, agreed to re-coat my garage floor 2 additional times (3 altogether) to fix that problem area. There was no argument, just agreement to do the job right. Everyone has a problem from time to time. Professionals resolve them properly. CCS stands by their work, and can be trusted to finish the job right. They were already paid in full after the first application, yet came back twice after to make sure I was satisfied! That's integrity."
