So I signed on to Angie's list and searched for a service provider and Global was at the top of my search list and their site showed excellent reviews, so I decided to give them a call. On the first call to Global, I was able to talk to Rob who was the garage door opener expert and the person who came to our house to repair the garage door opener. He was very kind, professional and helpful when I called. He told me he would be out on Friday evening!  He kept me informed on his approximate arrival time. Yep!  He arrived Friday evening as promised and was very professional and went right to work to figure out the problem. He identified that he needed to replace our torsion spring, however, he did not have the size he needed in his truck. But, he was able to create a temporary solution until he could have a spring made for our door. It didn't take him long to complete the work and within an hour we had a operational garage door opener again. He promised that he would return next week to replace the torsion spring that he would have made.  Less than a week later, he returned to our home and replaced the spring!
