"Juan from Elite Garage came out promptly on the time he said he would, to check out my garage door workings. He first started with the remotes which I felt were not properly syncing with the motor. He really tried to repair them, but, as I suspected, they were shot. Only 20 years old! (joke, that's long enough.) So within two hours, I had a new replacement that's FAR more silent than the old one, and two new fully synced remotes. Also, debris from the install was removed, and I'm delighted.
