"Mike & team did an excellent job in explaining what would be done, providing options on what might work best, providing detailed planning on how the install would occur, and in performing the task to lay the epoxy into the garage per schedule as indicated. I also had the lower wall below the sheet rock epoxy coated and both it and the flooring system look beyond excellent (looks like a professional shop floor). The flakes in the flooring system provides a slight bumpy surface by design, which provides good traction when wet. The system has been in place for almost five months and I have not seen any issues to date - it is holding up well against the salt & car oils."

Sparky immediately returned my call (during family time, no less) and the very next morning Chaymen serviced our garage door opener. He immediately discovered a very minor issue (just a sensor misalignment) and informed us that the opened did not need replaced as another company had advised last year. Since we already purchased an opener and liked the modern features, we requested it be installed anyway.(Word of advice: speak to them before buying an opener in store vs through them. There are costs, warranty and ongoing maintenance advantages we wish we had known about). When completed, they even offered to take the original opener off our hands so they can provide more economic options for customers. What great community stewardship! I contacted Illinois Gutter Solutions online after hours requesting a quote for gutter replacement, downspout replacement, and the addition of gutter guard on my house and detached garage. I was contacted the next morning by a member of their team and someone was out to my house to do an estimate within the next 48 hours. They provided an easy to read estimate and answered all my questions! After committing to the job, they were at my house tearing down and replacing my gutters within 3 weeks. The gentlemen who did the work walked me through the process and explained everything in detail. They were extremely personable and took the time to introduce themselves to my dogs! They finished the job in about 6 hours and cleaned up everything like they weren’t even there! The gentlemen took the time after they were done to also walk me and my boyfriend through the work and answer any other remaining questions I might have had.
