I was the one who stated that I wanted a new motor. Also, the Rollers were plastic and were 2” Rollers. I had the Garage Door motor replaced with an updated one and 7” Rollers. Josias ensured the door hinges & Rollers were lubed up and in working order as well. The Garage Door performs flawlessly now and is so quiet that I can barely hear the door opening/closing.
