"My garage door was stuck open and would not close. I called and the first thing the gentleman said we would try to fix this without a service call! How wonderful, a company that puts the customer first! He asked me the brand of the opener and suggested I hold down the button and not take my finger off. I said I needed to leave the house in a few minutes and wanted to make sure if something happened my car was not stuck inside the garage. He waited until I pulled the car out of the garage. The first idea did to work. He then suggested I check to see if anything was blocking the sensors. It was a windy day and some debris had blown in and coved a sensor. I swept it away and the door closed. When I need a garage door company for service, they are the one I will call."

"Bob was super responsive in meeting with us and helping design the garage. They will make custom garages. We wanted a room built into our garage to shelter some feral cats we take care of, and they were willing to do that. They also installed a cat door that we purchased. They build good garages. Our old garage was falling apart, as are many others in the neighborhood. We wanted a garage that would last. All of the crew were highly-skilled and tremendously courteous. The quality of work at every stage was excellent: preparation of site, concrete pour, framing, roof, finishing/gutters. They took extra care to do things right. The job did take longer than expected. Part of that was due to issues with the site (excessive mud under the old garage that had to dry out and additional site preparation) but it seems the COVID pandemic generated a lot of home projects - we were in a work queue. Demolition started mid-September and garage was completed early January. (Our furnace guy had a similar situation with a different garage builder, so it wasn't just this company. We learned to be Zen about the timeline - it was less stressful that way.) In the end, we have a beautiful garage that should last for years. Very pleased."

"My garage door was falling and off track. I called them and they were here in the next 2 hour. I was thinking I need a new door and it’s not the time for it, my budget is tight. Ram came and he diagnosed the issue in the first 10minutes. He gave me a price and I was surprised and happy at the same time. It took him about 45 minutes and he was done and my garage door is perfectly working now. I am really happy with the results and will for sure call again for garage door issues or replacement in future."
