"Our garage door spring broke at night when opening & the heavy door crashed closed. In the morning we chose "First American " company after a brief phone interview with Sam, who arrived later that morning when he said he would, from a considerable distance, and finished the work within an hour, installing two new springs & new rollers on our 8 year old two-car garage door ( steel, sectional). "I found them on HomeAdvisor online. Have not much knowledge in garage doors but as soon as I received a call from E.K. Garage Door Repair it became simple. Ezra called me and asked what I needed? I told him and he was out right away within 24 hours. I m sure it would have been faster if I was able to be home. I asked him how much the price was over the phone. He gave me a ballpark answer which I was looking for. And to me it was on the low side of the price he gave me. No messing around no trying to add extra work or try to get me to upgrade. "My garage door was falling and off track. I called them and they were here in the next 2 hour. I was thinking I need a new door and it’s not the time for it, my budget is tight. Ram came and he diagnosed the issue in the first 10minutes. He gave me a price and I was surprised and happy at the same time. It took him about 45 minutes and he was done and my garage door is perfectly working now. I am really happy with the results and will for sure call again for garage door issues or replacement in future."
