"Had my garage break over the weekend while my husband was out of town. I called on a Saturday night and they answered! They arranged to have someone out on Monday. I was able to open my door by hand in between those days. I didn't even have to worry my husband about it! Isaac came out and fixed it quickly. Then he explained all that he did. "Our garage had no power, and the quick release as hung up and wouldn t release. We hired a locksmith to open the quick release, he couldn t get it to work then he locked it back up again, and said he would charge an extra fee to come back and open it after we already paid a fee. We needed to get someone else to help. I requested a garage door repair crew from Home Advisor. They were fast to call and arrive to the house. The guys thought outside of the box to do everything they could to get the garage door to open especially since we didn t have any internal access to the controls. They worked hard to get the door open, put in a new quick release lock and fixed the quick release to work if we lose power to that garage again. Thanks so much for your help!!"
