On the side of our house they found a board that really needed to be replaced, which they did with no extra charge! There was also an air vent that needed a new board, also replaced. Our outside light was also installed incorrectly and the prior owner LOADED it with caulk to make it stay. Heon Painting dug out all the caulk and repaired the wall then installed the light CORRECTLY! WOW! It was completely unexpected!
