"Alex called early in the day to tell me he would be available between 4 and 5. He arrived shortly after four and was persistent with a doorbell that doesnâ  t always work. He was understanding about my desire to maintain social distancing. He promptly found the problem with my garage door, explained it to me, and fixed it. He then proceeded to do maintenance I didnâ  t know I needed, resulting in a much quieter operation. He also cautioned me about a potential problem with my aged door, but without pressuring me to do anything about it. As a result of Alexâ  s competence and professionalism, I will be using Leicester Garage Door to replace both my garage doors in the near future. Highly recommended!"

In the aftermath of Helene, we feared it would be quite a while before our roof got repaired, but met with Carol and Mitch, who assured us they had several great teams out fixing all kinds of damage. "I originally called John Kent about removing sliding glass doors in my parents condo and replacing them with  French doors. While John was giving me a quote for that, I mentioned that I needed an interior painter so he gave me a quote on that as well.
John and his crew showed up on time (they were actually waiting for me when I arrived).  They got to work right away to determine the amount of work involved in removing and replacing the door frame where the sliding glass door was being replaced with French doors. It ended up being a lot more work than we originally thought it would be. John, very patiently, explained what needed to be done and the final cost was still well within what we originally thought it would be.
He and his crew also painted the entire condo - various colors with accent walls and also had to remove wallpaper from the bathrooms. They were incredibly nice guys and even replaced the toilets with new ones that I bought and hauled the old ones away at no extra charge.
I can go on and on about what an amazing job that John and his crew did but I am running out of time. I couldn't recommend them more! In fact, we have some other projects coming up (replacing exterior doors and installing lighting fixtures) and will be calling them as soon as I get my act together."
