"Michael was very prompt and flexible in coming to my place for an assessment of issues with my old garage door . He really strives to work around his clients time constraints and also answers questions in very smart way esp when it comes to explaining costs of various fixes and warranty of his work . Alex looked over the whole system and showed me that the cable sand the rollers were very worn. The door had been in place for over 30 years , so I told him to replace them also. "Durable door replaced the top hinges on our garage door. All seemed to work fine but after 6 weeks the hinges popped off the track again. They came back right away and replaced the hinges with heavy duty ones. The garage door is working fine. There was no extra charge the second trip. Well done."
