"Arrived within 2 hours of phone call. Confirmation of driver on the way included notice that a 2020 background check was conducted on the service rep . Nice touch. Phone person responded to my questions, but got the impression the person didn’t want to be on phone call long. Felt rushed. Made me think twice about whether I was speaking to an employee or an answering service. Questioned whether I made the right call as to which company I called. Service rep who came to house was very professional to deal with. He answered my questions with excellent explanations & detail when selecting make & model of replacement. He gave me 4 quotes in different LiftMaster models. He was knowledgeable & experienced. He was polite and respectful about Covid mask, always being on when speaking with the customer. I told Jay that the company is lucky to have him. There software did not transmit correctly to my email. Jay’s said had a detailed summary of costs for each model. When I went into my email to review the quotes, only the grand total showed on my end. Jay seemed surprised that happened. Thought someone should look into that at the office. We would highly value the cost break-out of the charges for our financial records. An idea for company is to have a small pamphlet available which describes the choices to be made in selecting a new garage door opener for the next 20 years in your house. The web-site has it, so luckily I reviewed it before I arrived. It was not a $300 investment, but over $600. Making the right decision counts in the years ahead."

"***SCAM ALERT*** My daughter received a coupon in a mailout from this company. It had "free service call $65.00 value! " written on it. So she called them , and a worker came to her home. He told her that he could replace the garage door, but that it would be $360 plus $180 for labor PLUS the $69.00 "free service call" ( a total of over $600.00!!). She said that was too high, and he then said would NOT leave the premises till she gave him $69.00 for the "free service call". She was upset by his attitude, and gave him the $69.00 for the "free service call" just to get him off her property. Later, upon calling the manager ( Emily,if i recall), I was told that the free service call was only with a repair contract(and it is in VERY tiny print on the coupon). She said if we paid the $360 for the new door, they would credit that toward the labor charge of $85.00 per hour. She told me it can take a couple of hours or so to put on the door. So now we have an additional charge of around $100 (the 2 hours at $85.00 each minus the $69.00 "credit" she was forced to pay to get the worker to leave.) This is a company that obviously targets women, in order to intimidate them into these unfair payouts when they receive nothing in return. My daughter was just told she "needs a new garage door", and charged her $69.00 just for that, and nothing else! If you want to do business with a company that will scam you, give this group a call!"

"very well - extra work was requested (replacing the garage door seal) which was completed once the part came in"

"Miguel was professional and upfront about the issues concerning the age of our garage door springs. Did not try to upcharge or scare us. Replaced the springs in my hot garage, but never complained. I will have him come back out next year to check the garage door and one item that he wanted me to watch."

"We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"From start to “finish”, they did a great job as an exceptionally reasonable price. Came out next day to give pricing; started four days later and were completed within 3 days. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves. And most importantly, the garage looks great."

"Elite Garage Doors was very responsive and communicated well with us. They seemed a little expensive but made up for it with their excellent customer service. One of the workmen took a good deal of time to explain how everything worked with my husband. He is very happy with the new garage door and opener."

"Excellent service from start to finish! The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was completed efficiently, the price was fair, and the garage door now works perfectly. The technician was friendly, professional, and left the area clean when the job was finished. I highly recommend Home Service Garage Door Company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality garage door service. I would definitely use them again."

"Juan was great. Communicated well during process and was on time. Plan on having other garage done down the road. Excellent work and would highly recommend."
