My husband and I hired an out-of-town contractor to build a concrete pad and patio for a new hot tub installation. The work was inferior, and the tub could not be placed. The contractor had taken our money and run, and despite days of our best senior-citizen efforts, we could not fix the problem on our own. When my husband called Jonny Concrete for help, John Lowe came immediately and cleared up the mess. Within 24 hours, we had a beautifully finished, perfectly usable pad. Mr. Lowe also constructed a retaining wall of concrete that he finished artistically to resemble rough-hewn stone. Within four days, we were ready to go! During all of our interactions, John Lowe was courteous, friendly, and readily available by phone to answer questions. And his prices were fair and affordable. We recommend Jonny Concrete without reservation. Thanks to him, our backyard spa is now a joy.
