"Provider was on time.  My old garage door opener stopped working last week. I had asked for a quote for a new opener plus installation. There was one extra charge beyond the initial estimate that we discussed and was clearly justified by the need to add additional bracing to the door.  We discussed some other work that might be doe\ne in he future (such as a new door), but there was no pressure for any extra purchases or services.  Teh etire job took abotu an hour and half.  My door is working now more smoothly and quieter than ever.
