"Our garage door had only a single spring and that one broke. We purchased our house brand new 13 years ago, and our garage door never really sounded quiet. In May, as I was leaving for work and going to out garbage cans out, our door froze. I looked up and saw the spring was in two pieces. I called my neighbors for recommendations. I called their picks and was told that Monday would be the earliest Amy of them could come out, and it was Thursday!:( I had met Donna from C&D at an event and was able to find her card. I gave them a call and they said they would be out in about 1 1/2 hours. I was elated! They were early and finished in 45 mins! They replaced my single spring with a double spring, and found the gear box needed to be replaced too. When they tested the door, I was stunned to not hear my door! It was so quiet! I recommend them any time I hear if someone with garage door issues. They are fairly priced, quick to respond, and quick to finish the job."
