"Phone call from M&R to me came within 10 minutes of posting my request. He said he could come out in 2 days. We discussed approximate costs and approach to the project. He showed up in the agreed upon time period, completed the task, and ensured everything worked perfectly. The costs came in at $20 over the estimate, but he did a little extra adjustment work on the door opener to make sure things ran smoothly. The garage door opens better now than when first installed!"
