Since mine was very old, that made perfect sense :-) He took the time to explain my options, and told me the price upfront. Once the new garage door opener was installed, he carefully inspected the entire system. He oiled the opening mechanism made some suggestions for maintenance. Then he took apart and hauled away the old mechanism. In short, Sam is a well-versed professional with a great deal of experience, as, I suspect are the other professionals at Overhead.
