"Gilbert Garcia was our technician for this job. He was on time, courteous, personable, and highly professional. We needed a garage door opener release lock replaced and a new entry key lock or key pad. We discussed the situation with Gilbert and together we determined, because we are selling the home, that all we asked for was really not necessary. Gilbert could have taken the opportunity to sell us much more service than we needed but did the honest thing to inform us that it wasn’t all necessary. "Dealing with contractors is never easy, and Ben is no pushover, but with very few exceptions, Ben and his crew do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and they do it very well. What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase.
