"When I couldn't get my garage door to close, they came out to see what was wrong and fixed it. A few days later it quit working again and they came out again at no cost to me but of course it worked for them. It seems I may eventually need a new motor as mine is over 20 yrs old. I apologized for the inconvenience and would call them if it happens again and to order a motor. I would definitely use them again."
