He was was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! He was on time, did a thorough review of the system and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced all of the necessary components and the system is working great! From the free home consultation that included a presentation of color options to the full implementation of the project that entailed garage floor, concrete back walls and the garage apron I was totally impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. When the installation crew arrived, Team Leader, Ben Vance, noticed the existing hot water heater and immediately pointed out that if I ever decide to switch to a tankless hot water heater that I should just call the office and he would be happy to return and fix the four small spots on the garage floor of the stationary hot water heater. Ben and his team performed amazing customer service that has transformed by garage into a modern and beautiful environment. "We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."
