He told us that we didn't even need a new garage door, that it was in very good condition. He told us with some replacement parts it would be like new. The owner was professional and knowledgeable. He was late due to a flat tire, but called and kept me informed about his estimated arrival time. He completed a tune up on the garage door. Lubricated all parts, including chain and coil. Made sure everything was working properly and gave his opinion on the remaining life of my 13 year on door. He programmed remote to work within my car, and reset key pad on outside of garage with a new passcode. I paid for extra remotes. I was very pleased with his work, and tips for routine garage door maintenance. I would definitely use him again."

"Due to various reasons, I wanted to replace both of my garage doors. I contacted another garage door vendor who gave me an estimate for about $6K and told me it would take about 4 months to get the garage doors in!! So I contacted Florida Garage Door Pros in Dunnellon, Fl. and asked them for an estimate. Aleck came out (on time!) and gave me an estimate for about $5K and they could install them within a couple of weeks. (He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.) They always called or sent me text messages to keep me informed of when they were coming to do the work and on the day the garage doors were to be installed, Jerry showed up on time and did a great job on install, (even with me tagging along asking questions.) He ran into a problem installing the second door, (not his fault but a problem with my house), but Aleck came next day and fixed the problem. The only thing left is to put some trim pieces on that they are having trouble getting in due to the shipping problems going on, but once they get them in they will come by and install them. (This does not affect the performance of doors, it is just aesthetics.) Got to say it is really nice dealing with a company that caters to it is customers. I would like to say thanks to the Elizabeth (she answers phone and calls customers to update them). Also to Jerry the main installer and to Aleck, who provided the estimate and troubleshot and fixed any problems that cropped up.
