"Things started well right from the start. An email was sent to me which provided me with a photo of the salesperson who would be coming so that I would be sure I was dealing with the right people. The price on the garage door was higher than that provided by other vendors but the quality of the door was higher and the job was going to entail replacing all of the hardware that had been in place. It made sense since some of the hardware was in-place since 1979 and it was time to go. None of the other vendors were going to do this.
The gutters were installed by a different team - and on a different date - from the garage door team. Both of them were polite, efficient and prompt.
The only thing I would have wished is that I would have been able to make one call and be able to get information on both projects. The way DiGiorgi is structured, each area is separate and you need to call each area individually.

"Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

They also checked my smoke alarm because I did not on the ladder and unable to reach that high. They left the jobsite cleaner than it was when they got there! "Bill was great to deal with. I gave him the measurements of my garage and he sent a quote over right away. He explained the process, diamond grinding, filling any cracks, the applying the coating. The toughest part is picking the color. They offer a lot of color choices but Bill gave me the three most popular choices which helped. Ended up choosing Wombat. His crew was on time and professional and left the garage very clean at each stage. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a garage floor coating that will last!"
