He quickly scheduled an appointment, showed up on time with various samples in hand, and reviewed the various trade-offs for each option with me. He took measurements on the spot and gave me a handwritten quote, all in about 20 minutes. I went with the ceramic coating because it was very transparent, preserving my views, with good thermal properties to reduce the heat to the front of my house while looking great. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
