"Had to reschedule due to weather issues and they finally came out late one evening. After the first visit, they got the measurement and had to make the window as it was a double pane insert. So when it came time to install, it was not the correct size, the installer incorrectly guessed at the measurement, it was close but not there, off by an 1/8th or so. It fit but without the rubber molding that was around the original window. So silicon was applied to seal the window rather than remake the window and come back another day. All in all the gentleman was very nice and I do believe the window will last and be sound and weather tight."

He also let us know he will come back to replace the sweep on the glass door if it becomes unsightly from soap buildup over time. He is happy to help you keep your project looking great over time. They called the day after I left the message. No mention of my call to them - they just said that it took longer to get the product. I suggested they communicate better w/ the customer. Install was quick and well done although they were 1 hr 10 min late for the scheduled appt. Because of the confusion with scheduling he deducted $9 off the final bill. Overall: great price, skilled work but very poor customer service and communication."
