Second, the manufacturer failed to make one screen, and had the rest wrapped up in a way that made it impossible for Doug to count accurately. If he took apart the packaging to check, he risked them getting knocked out of square during transport. But, true to his word, he was back the next day with a rush-job to install it."

"John (the owner) came by to look our are large double shower and give an estimate.  In the course of our discussion, he pointed out some issues that indicated a potential problem/failure in the shower pan and recommended we have a specialist inspect before proceeding with his frameless glass system.  We did - and confirmed a signficant problem from the original install when the house was built.  Kudo's to John - it didn't make him any money and delayed his performing work for us, but it helped us out tremendously.  So now we have a new shower enclosure/drain pan and Raintree's frameless glas enclosure.  It is beautiful and definitely classes up the bathroom."
