He was able to successfully work around a few problems he encountered with the removal of the cracked glass (1992 version), and I'm sure it took longer than expected. I was impressed with how carefully he worked (alone, no less), that he cleaned up once work was finished, and I appreciated his keeping me informed of the process both by text and in person. He also worked hard to give me a decent price for the job (and I apologize for my barking dog!) Once the final caulking is done, the door (with the new glass) will look amazing. Thanks, John!"
