"Ray arrived at the scheduled appt time and promptly went to work. He was replacing a pane on an old antique door. He was polite, respectful, and listened to my concerns, which he addressed. After removing the glass, he left to go purchase a new pane, and returned quickly, finishing up the job in about 15 more minutes. In all, it took an hour Very professional and knowledgeable, from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this service!"

If you can get through their annoyingly incompetent telephone and clerical performance, you will probably be very pleased with your results.
