We asked Kevin advise if they have any last minute cancellations. They called 2 days later and offered us May 31. They just finished the install and did a beautiful job. They were prompt, friendly, professional, etc. They cleaned everything and went beyond what we expected. We highly recommend this company. FYI - We contacted Roxy Glass first and they quoted a very high price, higher than anyone I had spoken to. After we had hired South Sound - Roxy Glass called me and I told them we had hired someone else. After I told them that South Sound was much more reasonable the rep said "Too bad because we price match." I feel that's a real bad representation of Home Advisors. So they would charge a person $700 instead of the price South Sound would charge if the person weren't aware of price match (as we weren't)? That's no way to do business and I hope they disappear from your list. If it's available for the lower price, than that's the price they should be charging all Home Advisor clients."
