The problem with my large, heavy hinged shower door was analyzed and repaired perfectly. All edges were sealed and new protective strips were installed on both the door and the hinge. "We called Mike Lavery at Excel Window tinting, after reviewing providers on Angie's list. Mike promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment at our convenience. During the appointment, Mike removed the tinting from one pane, so we could compare the color and degree of tinting among the various options available. Mike explained the cost versus performance versus appearance of the various films, and we narrowed the choices to three during his visit. Mike left samples and literature behind, so my wife and I could continue to evaluate them under different daylight conditions. Within a couple of days Mike provided a clearly written detailed quote, and we selected the film, and scheduled installation time and date. Mike and his assistant arrived right on time, and over the course of six hours installed tinting on 18 separate windows, some of which required a ladder to access. They thoroughly removed all the old film first, and did a great job of cleaning up all the little chips of old film (which have a tendency to stick to whatever they land on). Mike and his assistant worked quietly and efficiently, and did a great job on the installation. We even added a storm door window to the installation while Mike was here, after he explained the pros and cons of tinting this type of window. Timely, efficient, informative, quality installation, clean and quiet. And Mike really took the time to explain options and to make sure we selected a film we would be happy with - color, opacity, durability. We are very pleased with the work Excel Window tinting performed."

"Vadym Rymar, of Rymar Glass and Mirror, did an excellent job on our home! He was very punctual upon his arrival and handled all of our request with great professionalism. Our shower door did not close properly for some reason, and Vadym fixed it promptly. He even found a leakage between the glass, figured out the issue, and fixed it! In addition, he installed a giant mirror for us next to our basement. He was doing such a great job that we decided to ask about our foggy windows. Vadym replaced packets inside the frame for us (something we didn’t even expect!) and now the windows are crystal clear! Overall, Vadym did a great job with everything we requested, and we would recommend him to anyone that needs glass and mirror work. We have never worked with such a great contractor in our home. He was prompt, courteous and very good at helping us figure out the best way to design the mirrors for our needs. His ideas were far superior than what we had originally envisioned. He was back with delivery and installation earlier than he originally offered.
