"Our house was built in a factory in the late 60s. Over time, dry rot to the door sills caused them to sag, to the point where the tops of the doors were just barely in the upper channels. Affordable came out, provided a reasonable estimate for the repairs. We accepted their estimate. They showed up when they said they would and over the period of two days effected the repairs cited above. They also installed new steel wheels on the doors and protected the new sill plates with flashing and caulking. We were very pleased with the entire process"
